127QC provides data, projections and analysis to help readers understand Quebec elections. These rules explain how to read, cite and share this material.
An independent project
127QC is managed by Pascal Cabana. It is not a service of Élections Québec and is not affiliated with any political party. Financial contributions confer no influence over analysis or projections.
Results, projections and limitations
A projection is an estimate based on data and assumptions, not a guaranteed result. A probability is not a certainty. Reported results may change following the official addition of votes, a judicial recount or a source correction. Check the dates, sources and qualifications on each page.
For official results and voting procedures, consult Élections Québec. Our method explains the model’s choices. Riding analyses describe areas; they cannot establish how an individual voted.
Sharing links, excerpts and charts
You may freely share links to 127QC pages. Short excerpts and original 127QC charts may be reproduced for reporting, education or commentary, including in news media, under these conditions:
- Clearly credit Source: 127QC — 127qc.com and link to the original page when publishing online.
- Retain the 127qc.com signature, date, data sources, legends and qualifications needed to understand the material.
- Do not change figures or use a misleading context. Identify adaptations and do not imply that 127QC endorses a person, party or product.
To reproduce a full article, resell charts or compiled data, use material in advertising or a partisan campaign, or for another use not covered here, contact info@127qc.com. Statutory exceptions remain applicable.
Third-party material
This permission applies only to material over which 127QC holds rights. Source data, maps, photographs, logos, quotations and other third-party material remain subject to their own terms. Attribution does not replace permission where permission is required.
Corrections and availability
Despite our efforts, errors or service interruptions may occur. To report an error, send the page address, relevant passage and, if possible, a source to info@127qc.com. Pages may be corrected or updated; dated archives should be read in their historical context.
External services and contributions
Links to Sender, Stripe and other sites lead to services with their own terms. Contribution details appear on the Support the project page. A contribution does not purchase a guaranteed prediction and does not qualify for a charitable tax receipt.
